Terms & Conditions

At Cheshire MediGlow, we are committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and personalised experience for every client. To help us deliver the best service, please take a moment to review our booking and treatment terms:

 

Deposits & Appointment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all treatments. This secures your appointment and allows us to allocate appropriate clinical time and resources.
     

  • If you fail to attend or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit unfortunately will not be refunded.
     

  • You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if at least 12 hours’ notice is given.
     

  • Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment time may result in a loss of deposit.
     

 

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment and your deposit will not be refunded.
     

  • Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate you—but this cannot always be guaranteed due to other bookings.
     

 

Medical & Consent Forms

  • All clients are required to complete a medical questionnaire and sign consent forms prior to treatment.
     

  • These forms help us assess your suitability and ensure your treatment is carried out safely and effectively.
     

  • If forms are incomplete or not signed, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the treatment until all documentation is received.
     

 

Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments at Cheshire MediGlow are subject to a free consultation and clinical assessment.
     

  • In rare cases, if a treatment is deemed not suitable for you, we will explain the reasons and, where appropriate, suggest alternatives.
     

  • We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment based on medical, ethical, or clinical grounds.
     

 

Treatment Results & Expectations

  • Results may vary between individuals depending on factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare.
     

  • While we always strive to achieve the best outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding individual treatment results.
     

 

Professional Conduct

  • We kindly ask all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect.
     

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of treatment and future services.
